Prior to her vice presidency at Mission College, she has served as Associate Dean of the CalWORKS program and Dean of Workforce Education and Economic Development at East Los Angeles College, and Dean of Academic Affairs at Mission College.
Johnson-Hawkins’ educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from CSUN, a master’s degree in Education and Administration from Point Loma Nazerene University in San Diego, and a master’s degree in Divinity (M.Div) from Fuller University in Pasadena.
“We look forward to her contributions to our team at Pierce,” said Pierce President Kathleen Burke-Kelly.
